LaTour Hotels and Resorts would like to welcome Eric Hagman. Eric joins our team with years of experience in the hospitality industry. Eric started his career in collections but moved into a leadership role with the Financial Services Call Center. Eric was the assistant general manager for the Grand Desert Resort opening and operations. His first general manager role was in the Fairfield Resort property at Jimminy Peak Ski Resort. From there Eric was in Pagasa Springs as an Area Manager where he worked with teams in Sedona, Flagstaff, Durango, and Steamboat. After opening Park City he progressed to a like role for the state of Utah.
Some achievements Eric accomplished includes winning both the highest service and sales partnership awards within Wyndham Destinations, Crystal Pineapple Service Award and One Wyndham Award for sales. He also opened a new ski in/out and rebranded Miners Club property to Worldmark by Wyndham. Eric looks forward to building a solid team focused on continual improvement and customer service in all aspects of the service cycle that surpasses the guest, owner and staff’s expectations.
When Eric is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, backpacking, and completing chores.
