With more than 30 years of hospitality leadership, Jerry Paquette brings a rare combination of deep industry expertise, genuine warmth, and a people first philosophy. Originally from Watertown, New York, Jerry graduated from SUNY Oswego before heading south in search of sunshine—and a career that would become his lifelong passion.
Jerry’s journey through hospitality has been both rich and diverse. He spent the majority of his career with Hilton Hotels, where he quickly distinguished himself as a rising leader. During his first year as General Manager of the Hampton Inn in Morehead City, he was honored as Manager of the Year, recognized for exceptional performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. His experience also includes serving with Wyndham Hotels.
His background extends beyond major brands as well—Jerry has also led operations in the boutique hotel world, managing an oceanfront property in the Boca Raton region of Florida. This blend of corporate and boutique experience has shaped him into a versatile, empathetic, and highly capable leader.
What truly sets Jerry apart is his commitment to understanding every corner of hotel operations. Over the years he has worked hands on in sales, human resources, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. This holistic approach allows him to lead with insight, humility, and a deep respect for the people who make hospitality work.
Jerry joined Atlantic Beach Resort seeking a culture that values human connection, personal well being, and the belief that hospitality is an experience, not a metric. He is passionate about fostering a light spirited yet professional environment where staff, managers, and guests feel genuinely seen and supported.
