Jessica has over ten years of hospitality-related experience in the downtown New Orleans area. Most recently, she held a Front Office Manager and VIP Specialist position at the Four Points by Sheraton in the French Quarter. During her tenure at the Four Points, she received two Marriott “Employee of the Month” awards for going above and beyond the service expectations.

Prior to the Four Points, Jessica worked at the renowned Royal Sonesta Hotel in a dual role, as a Guest Services Supervisor and Group Rooms Coordinator. At the Royal Sonesta, she served on the Health and Safety Committee as the Vice-President and also served as a member of the Employee Events Committee.

Jessica enjoys playing softball with the New Orleans Police Department on a city league and is a mother of two, a son and daughter.
